Cadet life

Experience Cadet Life with 307 RCACS

At 307 Stoneybrook Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, cadets step into a dynamic environment focused on growth, teamwork, and discovery. Weekly training nights introduce youth to a wide range of engaging activities including leadership, citizenship, aviation and aerospace, navigation, drill, physical fitness, survival skills, and marksmanship — all designed to build confidence and practical life skills.

Cadet life goes beyond the classroom. Members have opportunities to join optional programs such as band, drill teams, and aviation activities, as well as participate in community events and special exercises throughout the year. Dedicated cadets may also qualify for summer training courses at Cadet Training Centres, where they can further develop their interests and abilities.

Best of all, the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program is free of charge and open to youth ages 12–18, providing a supportive and structured environment where young people can make friends, learn new skills, and achieve personal success both in and out of uniform.
